Shipping Policy
All orders are processed within 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has been shipped. Deliveries within Cyprus will take 1 to 3 days from dispatch, while overseas deliveries may take up to 10 days from dispatch.Â
Delivery in Cyprus:
All deliveries are done by ACS Courier to your door. Charge: €4 all around Cyprus (Limassol, Larnaca, Nicosia, Paphos, Agya-Napa, Paralimni).
You can also select the option "ASC Office self-pick-up". The delivery will be free of charge from ACS offices.
Delivery to the remote areas (village areas) is not available. We can arrange the delivery to the nearest ACS pick-up office or ACSÂ Smart Point Lockers.
With any purchase over €50 delivery to your premises in Cyprus is FREE!

International Shipping
We offer international shipping globally. However, due to customs regulations and delivery partner limitations, we are currently unable to ship to Brazil, Italy, Romania and Russia.Â
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.Â
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Please note that these charges need to be settled by the customer in the destination country.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.Â
If you haven’t received your order within 14 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at orders@elronpacific.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
